How is the Foam Made?
All foam machines work on the same basic principle. A cloth gauze or net is inflated with air from either a fan or air compressor. A water and foam agent (detergent) mix is then sprayed into the path of the air flow and subsequently onto the inside of the gauze or net. The passage of the air through the 1000’s of drenched holes in the gauze acts like 1000’s of bubble wands producing steams of microscopic bubbles, seen as the resulting large volumes of foam.
